NON-OCTOBER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid disappointment, advance reservations are recommended. A one night deposit is required to hold the reservation. If you'll be arriving within 7 days of your reservation, the full payment will be charged. Full payment is due/charged upon arrival.
Due to the inn's limited number of rooms, deposit is refunded in full with at least 14 days (30 days for major holidays) advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 14 days (30 days for major holidays) notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless the room(s) can be re-booked for the reserved dates. All cancellations and reservation changes are subject to a $25 (one night non-refundable deposit for major holidays) handling charge for reservations regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. We accept cash, travelers checks, MC, VISA, and Discover. Your deposit is acceptance of this policy.
An advance deposit on a valid credit card will confirm the reservation immediately and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. A written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Check deposits can only be used if the reservation is made more than one month in advance and payment must be received within one week after the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled. Certain rules apply to holidays, special events, and group reservations.
OCTOBER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid disappointment, advance reservations are recommended. In October, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. For weekends, the non-refundable deposit is equal to one night. For weekdays, the non-refundable deposit is $100. A one night deposit is required at time of reservation to hold the reservation. For 4 nights or longer stays, the balance of 50% of the total is due by July 1st. For all reservations, full payment is due/charged by September 1st. Cancellations after September 1st or no-shows will result in the loss of the FULL payment. If final payment is not received by September 1st, reservations will be automatically cancelled without notice. Refunds are not given for shortened stays.
For the safety and consideration of other guests in the house, we must ask that you do not invite others back to the house without prior arrangement as it also violates FIRE code. Please understand exceptions cannot be made for any reason during this busy time. Please email us back a statement of acceptance of this policy authorizing the charge of your deposit. Your reservation will not be guaranteed without this returned authorization and acceptance.
